LeadsTerra Documentation

Everything you need to know about using LeadsTerra for lead generation and email marketing.

Getting Started

Sign Up

Creating a LeadsTerra account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Visit /signup page
  2. Enter your first name and last name
  3. Provide your email address
  4. Create a secure password
  5. Select your company size
  6. Enter your company name
  7. Click the "Sign Up" button to complete registration

After signing up, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account and gain full access to the platform.

Log In

Logging into your LeadsTerra account is simple:

  1. Visit the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click "Log In"

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it.

Dashboard

Dashboard Overview

Your LeadsTerra dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your account and lead generation activities. Here's what you'll find:

  • Credits: Your current credit balance and usage
  • Lead Quality: Overall quality score of your leads
  • Search Efficiency: Percentage showing how effective your searches are
  • Lead Source Efficiency: Performance metrics for different lead sources

Credits

Credits are the currency used within LeadsTerra to access contact information:

  • Each email address costs 1 credit
  • Each phone number costs 5 credits
  • Credits are deducted only when you export or view contact information
  • Your current credit balance is always visible in the dashboard

You can purchase additional credits through the Billing section or by upgrading your subscription plan.

Leads

Search Filters

LeadsTerra provides powerful search filters to help you find the exact leads you need:

Available Filters

  • CountrySelect specific countries
  • StateFilter by state or region
  • TitleFilter by job title
  • Email StatusFilter by email verification status
  • CompanySearch by company name
  • NameSearch by person's name

You can apply multiple filters simultaneously to narrow down your search results and find the most relevant leads for your campaign.

Export Options

Once you've found the leads you want, you can export them for use in your campaigns:

  1. Select the leads you want to export by checking the boxes next to them
  2. Click the "Export" button at the top of the leads list
  3. Choose CSV format
  4. Confirm the export and credit usage
  5. Download your exported leads file

Tip: You can select all leads on the current page using the checkbox in the header row.

Credit Costs

LeadsTerra uses a credit system for accessing contact information:

Email Address

1 credit

Per email address revealed or exported

Phone Number

5 credits

Per phone number revealed or exported

Credits are only deducted when you actually access or export the contact information, not when you search or browse leads.

API Access

Eligibility

API access is available exclusively for users on the Pro plan or higher.

API Access Requirements

  • Active Pro plan subscription or higher
  • Verified account
  • Acceptance of API terms of service

If you're on a lower tier plan and need API access, you can upgrade to the Pro plan through the Billing section.

Billing

Manage Subscription

You can easily manage your subscription through the Billing section:

  • Upgrade Plan: Move to a higher tier with more features and credits
  • Downgrade Plan: Switch to a lower tier if your needs change
  • Cancel Subscription: End your subscription at the end of the current billing period
  • Update Payment Method: Change or update your payment information

Changes to your subscription typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, unless you choose to apply them immediately.

Transaction History

The Billing section also provides access to your complete transaction history:

  • View all past invoices and payments
  • Download invoice PDFs for your records
  • Track credit purchases and subscription payments
  • Filter transactions by date range

All invoices include detailed information about your purchases and can be used for accounting and tax purposes.
